Good Faith Estimate Notice

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers are required to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical services, including psychotherapy services (This is the same as my session fee and there are no extra costs added to the consent form that you sign for services.) You can also submit a superbill to your insurance for out of network coverage.
